The drama recorded the highest viewership, with only four more to go. The granddaughter comes to stay with her grandmother on Jeju island. Tearfully the mother leaves her for two weeks to look after her sick husband in hospital. She has thought of getting adjusted to her part time jobs.
But the gossip has it, that the mother is having an affair & that she has abandoned her child! The child is distressed & so is the grandmother. Her daughter-in-law is unreachable.
How people help to look after the child is worth seeing. All chip in. She gets her face cleaned , to sit on the shoulders, has a new dress, two actually. She has her hair combed & a beautiful pin sits atop! Once they know she is Man su’s child she gets the special treatment.
The vicious comments make her cry. She is accustomed to a different kind of breakfast & meal, she refuses to eat. The gap between what her children ate & now her grandchild demands is large for the grandmother. But this is so common. With every generation it happens. We as parents wish to give the best to our child, but he gets things that we had never thought of.

Gradually all the stories are coming to an end. The pace is so comfortable & the ends are getting tied so smoothly. Kudos to the writers.
