The title gives a fresh vibe that is never seen in the show. It has a good tale but the story telling is slow. Some say itis a joyride but my opinion differs. Seo Hyun jin ‘s other show’Another Miss Oh’ is much more enjoyable. Kim Dong wook in ‘Find me in your Memory’ is much better.
The dark tone grates. Yoon Park falling from a top of the building, killing himself cannot be true. He is the third angle of the love triangle which has just begun! Come on, any Korean drama will know that.
He has the perfect role of being illusive, dark, stalking … all that goes well with his personality. But the wrap up in the end is not proper. He did not get the punishment he deserved. A loose end.
Nam Gyu ri ‘s character takes some time to sit well. But she is loveable. Straightforward & frank. Her relationship with Patrick should have been explored. They make a lovely couple. The dating & love in the show industry is not acknowledged & the couple has a hard time. Publicity, media make it worse. Before they can sort out the feelings, others have done it for them!
Oh Hyun kyung , her mother ,looks so young. It is hard to believe she has a grown daughter. She runs a pizza joint & has braved many a storms in her life. The admirer who leaves gifts on her door step for her is not seen. That mystery remains.
Kang hoon, Da jeong’s younger brother falls for her friend. She runs a cafe. Their relationship remains incomplete. Da jeong is so shocked. They have yet to tell his mother & her father.
Ju Young do’s two friends spice up the show. They are good. Kim Seo kyung, a self proclaimed genius entertainment producer, invites Young do to his talk show & the story progresses.
Ji Seung hyun is a vet.He has his clinic in the Gugu building. He is yet to be in a serious relationship. He likes the cafe owner but she does not. Hwang Seung eon , a former boxer & fitness trainer, falls for him but he is unaware.
There are so many references of different films & quotes that make it tedious to follow. If you use a line many times it is remembered. Or if it is small & significant it is retained. But too many makes it watch & go.
Overall okay. With some lighter tones could have been better. With the leads being a Hotel concierge & a psychiatrist, it could delved into it deeper. The childhood trauma is addressed but not really.
