It went on to become one of the highest rated Korean dramas in cable TV history. Coming of age dramas draw teenagers naturally. But the simplicity, sincerity, innocence is to look forward to.
I am a fan of school dramas but mean girls or jealousy should not form the main theme. Nam joohyuk is as natural as he always is. Pick him from ‘Kim Bok joo’ or ‘School 2015′. If he was on back foot at the end of “Start up’ he seems to have got his place back!
A list of wooden faces had him just above Lee Min ho but his choice of roles is supreme. His personality is perfect for the naive, fresher or the wronged & he just breezes through it. ‘Bride of Habaek’ had him in lead & we really clapped for the ‘water God’!
Again he is in a drama with a new sport…fencing. He is sitting in a book rental but the sporty fencing girl is to forward to. Again, because she likes him or was it ‘liek’?? We like him , again!
No denying the charisma he exhibits. Is he with Lee Sung kyung again?? Only they know. But we like him all over again.
