They are crazy & actually mad at each other. Gradually there comes the shift. As they stay next door, they come to know each other. Their insecurities get shared. They happen to visit the same psychiatrist for their mental issues.
Could have been ‘Made for each other’ but it would have revealed the end I believe. In the final scene he is waiting for her with her dog & suddenly she comes back with her suitcase. Her apartment is already let so they share his apartment.
In an earlier episode his fiancee had come visiting. She is engaged to an accountant.Yet she wants to see if he has moved on after breaking their engagement. She stresses that they have lived here together, how can he still live in the same place & see someone else. She is jealous he has moved on.
His place is where his parents come visiting & his suspension lays heavy on his mind more than anything. We quite relate to his state. Her craziness is understandable with her abusive boyfriend. A real creep.
So all is well. Does the spring bring in season 2, let’s see!
