The third season started with a bang! The actors are all very comfortable now in their roles. The ones who have changed have slipped in so well. Sung Hoon is replaced by Kang Shin hyo. He has his work cut out for him. He is taking care of his mistress who is giving birth.
His parents are in the hospital to support him. They have started liking the new daughter-in-law because she is mild as compared to Boo Hye ryung, their actual daughter-in-law & also giving them a grandchild.
Lee Tae gon is replaced by Gee Young-san who has his step mother doting on him. Also his feelings for his wife, Park Joo mi. His mistress , Song Ji-in has moved with him. She gets a call from her mother of her father’s demise. He fell from a horse. So the oriental doctor is no more. Dr Shin’s mother Kim Amelia is replaced by Lee Hye -sook who is able to cry at will & remain in her son’s good books.
Moon Sung ho as Seo Ban is taking initiative. He calls Jeon Soo- kyeong to a cafe late to talk over. As they leave her daughter meets them. She immediately approves of him. But before anything can happen, she gets a call from her husband ,Jeon No-min who is asking the number of a acupuncturist. He is affected with facial palsy.
The second season ended on August 8, 2021. Launching the third season in Feb.2022, the writers must have been busy. But watching it in continuation makes us identify with each of them. So many characters with their own stories makes it interesting.
The finale of the second season made it the eighth highest rated drama in Korean cable television history. Let’s watch what this season has in store.
