The Korean drama has so much happening. Yet slowly. Around the 50th episode & the mother-in-law is diagnosed with alcoholic dementia. Her doctor daughter-in-law is taking her care. From taking the appointment, being with her through out!
One may think it is her duty but being divorced she need not have done it. Aren’t people around so good at shaking off their responsibility?? But she has a thing for her husband, wants to be together again. Also wishes to win her mother-in-law’s heart!
I wondered why they got rid off her glasses, which made her look more stern, severe. She looks better, no doubt. Her emotions are more there than the deadpan face devoid of any. Her dressing has been immaculate. But more frills & stylish now.
The elder sister Ga hee has the most elaborate wardrobe. Her style becomes her. She is a perfect person to start a business of online sale of clothes. Her work is benefitted by endorsement of the leading actress. She is on a roll. She is able to sort her life too. She openly goes out to eat with her son, Ji hun & her love interest Hyo shin.
The hurdle of the two Yoon brothers is gradually being removed. The Song family is able to take in two new members but their mother is an issue. With her illness all the creases will be removed.
Halfway through, it remains good to watch.
