The star cast raises our expectations & so the critics were right in criticizing it. It could have been better. Oren Little is a real estate agent. He is trying to sell his house. He is especially mean to his neighbours. He is forced to change his attitude when he is forced to take care of his nine year old granddaughter.
He is bitter after his wife’s death. But in the company of his neighbour Leah, he starts changing. The entire neighbourhood changes for him.
Having a good story, the script lacks the zing. It could have had more humour to start with. A good film.
