Season 2 ends with a good wrap. Again the first was more engrossing. Along with Dr Kim (Han Suk-kyu )the new fresh team is Ahn Hyo seop (Dr Seo),Lee Sung kyung (Dr Cha) & Kim Joo hun (Dr Park) who replaces the president Dr Yeo.
Ahn Hyo seop in ‘Splash splash love, One more happy ending has a minor role. But in ‘My father is Strange’ he is one of the lead pairs. His part is also meaty. He won the Rookie award for his role. He went on to win ‘Best new actor award for ‘Dr Romantic 2’. Also Best couple award with Lee sung kyung for the same show.
Lee sung kyung played the jealous doctor friend to Park shin hye in ‘The Doctors’ in 2016. Later went on with her first leading role in ‘Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok joo’ with Nam Joo hyuk. ‘Dr Romantic 2’ in 2020 alongside Ahn Hyo-seop. She never looked back.
Kim Joo hun has been on the rise from his popular ‘Dr Romantic 2’ days. ‘It’s okay to not be okay’ has him in the hilarious role, so different from his ‘Dr Romantic 2’ Again in ‘Start up’ as Bae Suzy’s father he has a small but memorable role.
Going for known faces & comparing their earlier works is so fascinating!
