A 2020 Hindi film. It’s theme is jara Hatke. A young man is being constantly rejected by young women. He comes across as a honest person but aims at quick marriage & opening a restaurant with his wife. Girls hate that he is not giving time to know each other.
When Ginny says ,’mangalsutra jeb me lekar ghomta hai!’ to her friend Prerna ,she is not exaggerating! The twist in the tale is Ginny’s mother knows Sunny’s family & she wishes her daughter to marry him. The mother is a matchmaker by profession. She suggests some tricks to Sunny.
Yami Gautam & Vikrant Massey look comfortable on camera. But the development of their characters just falls short of perfection.
‘Sawan me lag gayi aag’ has Mika Singh, Neha Kakkar & Badshah in special appearance. Like the song the entire movie needs more pep.
Isha Talwar as Neha Gulati comes across as a surprise. Her powerful family is unable to shake her decision. Rest of the supporting cast is okay,
The end could have been more striking. Could have been a better experience for us. Just there but not quite!
