Dr Kim decides to operate on Chairman Shin. But instead of changing the batteries on his artificial heart he aims to change the model. Success rate is not known yet Dr KIm believes to perform the miracle.
Dr Do is making his son follow the procedure minutely. He wishes for the operation to fail. He is not happy with Chairman Shin’s decision to get operated in the hospital in the country side, Doldam Hospital. It has basic amenities & is understaffed. Dr Kim has got the latest equipment from the chairman beforehand but the operation is not easy.
Dr Kang has given Dr Yun a necklace present for Christmas. She has not forgotten the accident five years ago. She hesitated for long but her growing feelings for the honest doctor could not be contained. She is in love with him, finally.
The head nurse Ms Oh, Dr Kim & manager Jang have a good idea of their feelings. The MERS episode reinforced the feelings. It also made Dr Song operate in the hospital. Whatever he demanded the hospital provided,he could not escape the situation. It was a false alarm but it brought out the best in people.
Finally the team is practicing the procedure before operating Chairman Shin. Dr Do, junior will take care of not allowing it to be a success. Also the chairman’s daughter has flown in from Florida to convince her father to get operated elsewhere.
It gets interesting with every episode. Blending into the next episode is flawless. Not only the first but the second season is as good. It happens very rarely.
