Han Suk kyu playing the lead role of Teacher Kim is superb. I cannot imagine anybody else in the role. It is tailor-made for him. Coming to the eight episode & finding him teaching the rookie in his hospital is fantastic!
Yoo Yeon seok a topper yet has to grasp the daily workings of the Doldam hospital in the countryside. Before he is comfortable with his situation, Dr Do’s son & his rival has made an entry in the hospital. He had been expelled because of the son. He cannot forget that in a hurry.
Seo Hyun -jin is caught in the crossfire. Dr Do thinks she is his half sister & wants to go for the DNA test. Dr Kang has romantic feelings towards her & his jealousy makes him fidgety. She is desperate to overcome her PTSD & forget about what happened in the past. Her boyfriend, Dr Moon, who was severely injured in a car accident.
The director Yeo Woon young, the head nurse Oh Myung sim, the manager Jang Gi-tae, Dr Nam, nurse Park Eun tak make their contribution in the events happening at the hospital. The staff make the incidents worth watching.
Lee Cheol-min as Kang Seung ho has a role which brings tears to your eyes. He comes in the hospital to stop the surgery on a patient who has wronged his family. His back story is sad. When he gets arrested in front of his wife & daughter, we wonder if it is justice!
With every episode it gets more interesting.
