I loved it from the first frame. The leads are so fresh & cute. There is that untouched quality. They are good lookers yet so simple. That simplicity gets to you.Both are involved in the SMall crash. Their childhood is scared forever. But both are survivors.
She is taking care of her mother, who wishes to drown herself in booze to forget her younger child’s death. Her father runs a Noodle & Gimbap joint. He is staying alone, away from them.
The hero has lost his father & then his mother. His sister is a doctor. He has worked his fingers to the bone for her. He stays in a cheap guesthouse. ‘Galaxy Inn’ His friend is his only solace. The plump friend has an adoring mother.
The building coming down is similar to ‘Chocolate’ where his mother has gone to buy him chocolates for his birthday. She dies but gives the chocolate to a girl who becomes her son’s significant other. The girl survives the crash with a few bruises & guilt.
Her mother is bent on making her a model. So is the mother who ignores the elder child for the younger one. The younger sister has a cell phone which her sister uses. She wants to meet a boy. Who is he ?? We don’t know yet.
Kang Han na is her old self. She is so used to such roles. I wonder if she even prepared for this one?? ‘Moon lovers..’, ‘Start up’, ‘Familiar wife’ have her in the classical second lead or in a triangle. She deserves a main role!!!
