She works at a Christmas store & gets into trouble very often. She is depressed that she is unable to do anything right. Her relationships are also as fleeting.
Her parents are not happy & her sister has complaints. Gradually as she changes her pace the story changes for better.
One of those Christmas stories to feel for.
Re-watching made me ache all over again.
