What happens to my family?

Into the 53th & final episode. The sister knows of her brother’s illness from his in-laws. At the wedding when she goes to the restroom, Ms Heo asks her about her brother’s health. Is it the shock of the news or the betrayal by her brother, which hurts more??

He has chosen not to tell about his illness to his children & his sister. But not telling is also hurting them. The shock is greater I believe. Plus when an outsider knows of it & you hear it from someone, isn’t it painful???

You know why gossiping is healthy? Because it flows freely. Nothing malicious comes off it. It is only meant to share news & discuss. It throws up so many more things that happened in the past.

It is a process of working over. If life is work in progress, as my friend rightly said, it needs inputs. Some right & some not so right. But they help in their own way. If we do not discuss how well Amitabh Bachchan handles KBC or his charisma working on the contestants, who will?? Surely not Jaya!

The TRPs are important because we see all those soap operas. If we did not view or discuss say, Min ho or Hyun bin with Son yi jin, who will?? Would there be a K wave ?? BTS army needs fuel & we provide it!

If the loss or win of cricket matches did not matter, why would people be glued to their screens for India & Pakistan match? Nowadays we win so many matches yet Pakistan remains the most interesting win!!

Sadly the drama closes & Hyung sik’s new drama is yet to be streamed on Netflix, so something will have to replace it. The left over ‘The K2 ‘ episodes, maybe!
