What happens to my family?

Kim Sang-kyung known for his roles in Memories of murder & May 18 has a very sober role in this show. He is hesitant & his love for his secretary is very cute. He has decided he will not marry. But his resolve is going to crumble. If he says he doesn’t have a fleeting infatuation, he needs to take up a stand.

His being with his step brother & sharing his kitchen or living room is hilarious. He is not used to being with anybody & he doesn’t know from where he should start cleaning. The remains of the pizza ordered at night are there with empty bottles or cans. A rare sight of having the table cluttered.

Yoon is delighted to have a big brother & staying there to be a bother. He plans to help in his quest of winning over Ms Cha. He has many girlfriends & knows how to go about it. Only Seo-ul is the one he is serious about. But he is late in making his feelings known to her. She is deeply in love with Dal bong. She knows she is going to marry this one.

Gradually they are reciprocating the feelings. His father being with a lady is unacceptable to him. He is very clear his mom is the one for his dad! She has been dead for years now. His birthday is the death anniversary of his mother, Dal ja.

What is the right age to think of dad or mom being humans?? Individuals with a normal feelings of love, affection, companionship?? I agree they have their assigned role but they were just a man or woman earlier…

The strange woman arriving, Ms Ko, at the doorstep brings in an uproar. Why? Their cousin being okay about it, cannot accept her own mother having a boyfriend! It was just a suggestion but what if she had?? Why can’t she think of her own life now??

Dr Cha is so taken up with his mother-in-law’s suggestion, little thinking of his father who has lived in this place for years & sold tofu. Because the place can fetch good money how can a son suggest his father to sell it & live on the rent???

What to do about the place is his father’s decision & not his! He may divide it or make a trust & donate it. Who is there to stop him??? Also labelling a woman as gold digger just because she talked with him once, is just too much. She isn’t even his girlfriend presently!
