I had found the title amusing, fascinating. But somehow it got delayed. I just came across some other titles & this remains in the ‘to watch’ list. The first episode is so happening. I watched it swiftly.
It is a 2010 drama with Shin Min-a & Lee Seung-gi in the lead. They make an excellent pair. With the beautiful Shin Min-a & the funny Lee Seung-gi it is hilarious. When I saw the sparkling stars around her,it reminded me of ‘Gu Family Book’ with Choi Jin hyuk as the gumiho ! Father to Lee Seung-gi who has the title role of Choi Kang chi. It is a 2013 series.
No Min woo as Park Dong -joo is a half human, half super natural being, whose cover identity is that of a veterinarian. He has given a dog to guard the temple.When he looks at the painting & the fox is missing, he knows she has escaped.
The nine tailed fox is Shin Min-a kept in the temple by her grandmother Samshin. Cha Dae-woong (Lee Seung gi) releases her accidently. He aspires to become an action star. His moves are so natural. In “Vagabond’ he is a stuntman & his nephew’s sudden death leads him to a mystery. Another beauty Bae Suzy, from ‘Gu family book’ & also here is his love interest.
The gumiho aspires to be a human. She follows him to Seoul. She craves meat & wants to experience all the new things around her. Her child-like wonder is infective. It reminds one of ‘The legend of the blue sea’ where Lee Min ho is confronted with the mermaid in human form. Jun Ji-hyun in one of her best performances ever.
Now, this promises to be interesting with a villain on board!
