The second story features Rinku Rajguru & Delzad Hiwale. She is a girl living an ordinary life in a chawl. He is the door keeper in a nearby theatre. They develop feelings for each other & plan to run away together.
He doesn’t speak Marathi & she is a Marathi girl, but understands Hindi. They meet & rush to the bus stop. He buys tickets for them. This whole journey is our inward journey & our assumptions about how it will end.
As portrayed.. the love, longing & the loss.. is beautifully shown or woven in all the three stories. In the hands of the able directors it makes an impact.
The third story is about a couple who find their spouses are having an affair with each other. The line is too thin so we keep on wondering if we are watching Manav & Tanu or Natasha & Arjun. The betrayal is hard to stomach. Tanu has never lived for herself. Her husband is her universe.
She meets Manav. She confronts & addresses her husband’s affair. She starts thinking of what next. This story taking place in the conference hall, the beach & the hotel room shows the elite couple going through a gambit of emotions.
The stories make you think. There are no ready solutions. Life is full of surprises & the turns are natural. How we react depends on our upbringing, our thoughts. There is no right , no wrong & yet we take only one path. There is one decision to be made. It demands courage. We have it inbuilt in us.
