Not bringing the culprit to justice is one, but the anguish, pain, trauma caused cannot be erased. The scars will remain forever. Well Known names like theirs face this humiliation, imagine the condition of commoners.
It needs to be addressed immediately. The severe punishment carried out, so that anybody will think twice before behaving badly.
