Song by Khan Saab is not the interesting fact. The story is. We anticipate the end correctly & yet it is nice to follow it. Released in 2014, it is a story of a girl who runs away from her marriage mandap. She walks along the railway track but is saved timely by a young man. The next train is in about six hours so he shows her around.
The sudden downpour makes them take shelter in a temporary shed. They walk along with a huge leaf on their heads.. so very romantic.. idyllic in the greens with the showers, pouring!
He drives her back home, only to be hooked forever. The story just like ‘Filhaal’ ends in the same song but with a difference.
The words.. Rim Jhim.. evokes too many memories & so many songs flash by. The visuals do justice to all.
