A 1986 Hindi film is inspired from the 1064 Hollywood film ‘What a way to go’. Utpal Dutt, Mr Singh, lives a wealthy lifestyle. His only relative is his niece, Nisha, Zeenat Aman. Singh wants to see her married but she hates wealthy men. He decides to find a poor, honest man for her.
Her friend Aruna, Aruna Irani, plays along with the uncle to find a good match for Nisha. Jalal Agha is an advocate & Aruna’s love interest.The team of Utpal Dutt & Amol Palekar in ‘Golmaal’ was fab. Here, he has a tiny role to play of a TV repair mechanic, Yeshwant Bhosle.
Prakash,Mithun Chakraborty is a motor mechanic. But he turns out to be the only son of a wealthy builder, Jayant Amar Nath. He marries his sweetheart & neighbour , Rosy, Nisha Singh.
Later enters Sanjeev kumar who is a wedding singer/ dancer. But he is something else than he poses. By then Nisha is married to him. She realises he has been pulling wool over her eyes.
