Shin Min ha is going to Seoul to attend a wedding, when Kim Seon ho fits in the old ladies & makes her drive them to the city. The frequent restroom visits are done & she is late. But he being the kind hearted soul also makes his return in the new car.
She is questioned by her friends. One is smart enough to take a snap of her with Chief Hong. She is holding his hand & dragging him away. It makes the friends chat on their cellphones. They are amazed at her having a handsome boyfriend.
The old lady, Kim Gam ri needs dental treatment. The dentist suggests implants but she refuses saying they are costly. Later Hong calls her & asks her to treat & that he would pay for her. Having a meal with her friend, she notes that the shrimp dishes are hard. People with weakened teeth cannot eat. Hong had told her that the lady likes shrimp but has not eaten it for years. She makes a visit to the old lady & says she will give a discount.
Next day the lady visits the clinic & gets treated. She calls Hong to bring some porridge. She has pain now that the painkiller effect is over. She also praises the doctor. She says she had not thought earlier but the dentist is a kindhearted one.
The lights go off & the handy man arrives. Her friend is away having facial. They have an ice cream each. He comes to know the hedgehog is staying with her.While looking at the fuse box he manages to see her sandals. One of the pair is missing. Earlier he has found it stuck with a pole. He has meticulously cleaned & dried it. He places it with the other .
He messages her to look at the fuse box. She finds her favourite pair of sandals & dances with joy. He is all smiles looking at her twirling in front of her gate. A relationship is all about give & take. How much to give or receive is never in our hands. It is instinctive & depends on the situation.
It is a soft story of bonding. It explores the human nature in it’s own way. Nothing new & yet interesting. We keep on looking for the events to unfold & our predictions to come true.
