Writing about the departed souls is just our way of coming to terms with the events as of today. But the pain remains. It is more than a hattrick where I have been writing about the people I never thought I would see them leaving so soon.
From Sushant, Surekha or Siddharth none deserved to die so soon. They had a lot of potential yet untapped. Sushant’s Fukrey or Siddharth’s Humpty Sharma ki dulhania may not have done well for them, but the films were good.
The patience shown by Surekha, who became a household name with Balika Vadhu, wasn’t her first outing. But for those who had not seen her work earlier it was noticeable, noteworthy. ‘Badhai ho’ had to be halted due to her ill health but what a film! Her character was bang on.
So much can be said but what is the use now? The train is long gone. In the smoke remin only their moments & the moments they shared with us. Those are itched forever.. if forever is a moment…
With a bright smile let’s just say … Goodbye.
