The next episode, Shringaara – Romance is titled ‘Guitar Kambi Mele Nindru. It is a story of an upcoming musician who wishes to travel & explore his potential. He plans to fly to London when he meets a singer , Nethra, during one of his recording sessions & falls for her.
They have an instant connection. They share their interests. He composes a song for her. When he is singing it in front of the audience he reveals that she is no longer with him.
The romance ended too soon. More than romance it was more sad. With the end coming abruptly. Why & how he lost her, did ashe choose someone else over him? All questions remain unanswered & we are kept wondering.
It could have been better. As a story it is good. For a short film it is ideal, but not for romance! The actors are good. Suriya as Kamal & Prayaga Martin as Nethra are perfect. They make a lovely pair. She says she is 22 & he is 32, but the ages don’t matter really! We would love to see them again, in a better story, surely.
