Hospital Playlist

Dr Kim Jun -wan waits till 2 am for Iksun to make her call. He is worried about her & is not focussed on his work. His surgeries are going well. But he has lost his appetite. He accompanies his resident but keeps picking at his food.

Dr Ahn & Dr Chae Song are having a discussion about how to use the money. Ik-jun is very amused. He wants to know what is Dr Ahn’s dream. Don’t we all?? He wants a children’s hospital with all the modern amenities. It would cost money. He is leasing a house near the hospital for the use of patients who have to travel for consultations.

Dr Ik jun is also very considerate when his patients are to be treated. He allows one to come a week later when he is going to consult the neurologist. It would prevent them traveling to the hospital again. They can come & finish their consultations on the same day.

Lee Ik-sun on talking to her boyfriend is seen thinking deeply. She makes a decision & tells Jun wan that she has fallen for someone. He is deeply hurt. So are we! How can she just brush him aside?? Is falling in & out of love so simple??

He then gets a call that a heart donor is available. Now he can do the surgery for Eun gi the small girl waiting for the transplant. He goes to meet the parents. The mother breaks down. Later meets with her friend whose child has the same problem. These ladies in their miniscule roles have done an excellent job!

Ik jun & Chae Song have a good time together. They agree on their mothers being too protective. They decide to share their goodies among the friends so that the mothers will be happy. Song hwa seems to be in a good mood. It is rare to see her in casuals & singing on the way.

When Jun wan is talking with a senior doctor, Ik jun gets a call from Ik-sun. Her reports show that her liver tissue has degenerative changes. She tells him the values. He is the expert here. He asks her to come taking the next flight. He would send her the tickets. She implores him to keep it a secret. Not to tell anyone. Especially not a word to Jun wan! Ik Jun keeps on staring at him as he walks towards him!

Now, the big secret is out. Her brother knows who the boyfriend is! Maybe the real reason why she broke up is her illness!!
