A man & his mother are waiting for the childbirth of his wife. But after four hours there is no progress. They want natural birth. But the decision is made when Dr Yang appears & says we have to take her for surgery.
Dr Kim’s two small patients are in PICU. They need a donor with healthy heart. Only one gets the donor & Dr Kim comes on the other mother crying her heart out. By tthis time she has helped the other to eat & relax , be positive. But the miracle does not happen for her child. As we go through, it tears fall effortlessly.
Dr Kim is waiting for his girlfriend to ring. But she calls to tell him that she is travelling by car & up for an outing with friends. After his surgery rounds, he is still waiting. Her friend picks up to tell that she has met with an accident & is doing certain tests. She has head injury. How bad? We will know it in the next episode.
Dr Ahn Jeong won has a date with his girlfriend. He is so used to her that he opens a bottle of soft drinks & hands it to her. There is a deafening silence all around the table. Again when Dr Ik jun suggests he is behaving as if he is her boyfriend.. there is again a silence! Someone comments on his sense of humour.
Later he goes over to his mother’s place & has dinner. Rosa’s friend comes over to complain about his sons. They want his assets divided. So he asks Dr Ahn if he wants his mother’s land. To which he says he’ll take a loan & she her in a furnished apartment. She blows up & the friend makes a heart!
Dr Ik-joon has a little time with his son eating burger but his phone rings. He is sorry to leave but his son knows he has to save a larger universe. He operates on an elderly person. His son donates his liver. It goes well.
He sends his boss over to conduct a surgery. His friend is overwhelmed. It also goes well. Dr Ik jun spies his friend Dr Chae song hwa with a handsome gent. He knows his mother is trying to fix them. But the brother of her patient says he has a girlfriend. But my mother hopes to have a girl from a well known family with good profession. So she is off the hook.
One good outcome is that, he says he had been friends with her for long. So when she confessed I rejected her. Later when I sat & thought about it I realised I am most comfortable with her. I am happy when she is around. God bless. Will our Chae Song hwa think of Dr Ik-jun’s proposal?
Let’s wait & see how it turns out. Dr Yang also dismissed his mother’s suggestion to have a girlfriend. His ex -wife had shown interest but he is no longer interested. So does his assistant stand a chance?
