Many Korean actors are good .Really good. But Song Joong ki is unique. His face & a million dollar smile are his assets. When you look at him, he is so natural, it’s not acting. His appearance in Sungkyunkwan Scandal in 2010 set him on a fast track. He is not even in the lead & yet his smile, smirk all are worth watching!
‘Innocent Man’ & ‘A werewolf boy ‘in 2012 gave him the spurt needed. “Werewolf boy ‘being one of the highest grossers. ‘Descendents of the sun’ in 2016, ‘Battleship island’ in 2017, “Arthdal Chronicles’ in 2019 & “Vincenzo’ in 2021 are few of his jewels. I haven’t listed all because I don’t need to.
He missed a chance with “Kingdom’ which he refused as he was busy with his wedding preparations with Song Hye kyo. But then it shows how committed he was. We as fans only can speculate what went wrong but actually both were very serious about each other. It wasn’t a spur of the moment decisions.
