A 2012 drama with Song Joong ki has him in a stellar role. He carries it off with style. It could as well have been called.. Kang Ma ru. The episodes from 15 to the final 20th are a bit slow. Eventfull yes, yet the pace is slow.
Lee Yu-bi as Kang Cho co is a delight to watch. She was in “Somehow 18 ” where she is the daughter of the protagonist. She is in her school & has to choose between two suitors or boys. In the ‘Kang chi: the beginning’ also known as ‘Gu Family book’ the daughter of Mr Park. She is the first love of Kang chi.
Lee Kwang soo as Kang Maru’s friend & later who marries Choco. He has a cameo in Song Joong ki’s ‘Descendents of the Sun’. His smile is unmistakable. I haven’t seen any other shows of his.
Lee Sang yeob as Park Joon ha is a lawyer & close to the chairman of Taesan. He is in ‘Doctors’ & “While you were sleeping”
Kim Tae Hun as Ahn Min Young is a loyal lawyer to The chairman. He is often seen at the dining table with the chairman’s family. But with Jae hui he develops feelings & brings the downfall. In ‘Reply 1988’ he is the cardiac surgeon in a cameo. His Latest outing with “Navillera” as Song Kang’s teacher, Ki Seung joo was more memorable.
Kim Yeong cheol as the Chairman is perfect. He has the personality to carry that role. He cares for his only daughter Seo Eun gi but can’t do much for her.
Jin Kyeong as one of the staff takes good care of Ms Seo till her memory is regained.
Jo Sung ha as the doctor helps both Kang Maru & Ms Seo to come out of their medical condition. He was also in a special appearance in “Navillera” as Song Kang’s father.
Knowing many of them made the experience pleasurable.
