Into the final, 20th episode I have yet to finish it. The Chairman is out of prison & he is on a killing spree. He has shot his brother & injured Cha Young. He wanted to shoot Vincenzo but she shields him. Her shoulder is injured.
In hospital, Vincenzo promises her that he will finish in 24 hours. Then he is supposed to leave. She is in bed & resting. Vincenzo takes care of the lady lawyer & comes upon the chief prosecutor shot by Mr Jang’s goons on the steps of the court.
Mr Lee is knifed by Mr Jang. Vincenzo promises to be the godfather to his child yet unborn. The police arrive late & Vincenzo escapes. In his car is his arch enemy, wounded & he has to finish him off. The Mafia, their style & the bloodsheds are too much in these episodes.
Cha young admits that she tagged along only because the monsters had to be dealt with like a monster. She was uncomfortable throughout. After the evil is wiped out she can start afresh.
