Around the 50th episode & Mr Kang is preparing to donate his liver to his son-in-law, Go-rae. He is being kind to the son-in-law of his dear friend. The entire dynamics changes. The next scene also shows Dae-ryuk inquiring about the case 30 years old! He will clear the name of his father-in-law. But it took an innocent man to be jailed for 30 years, then he got justice. Is it fair??

Go-rae has End stage liver cirrhosis. Do-ran’s father marries his aunt so he becomes the family member. All the objections melt away & they register their marriage.
In Uee’s other show ‘Marriage Contract’ her contracted husband is marrying her for her liver. His mother’s liver is damaged due to drinking. He cannot get a donor, so he marries her to make her the family member. The noble daughter-in-law is donating her liver.
