I started again with the drama after a short break & it is now easier for me to follow. I am used to the pace. The first few episodes were just the introduction & the feud between the boss & the intern.
Now the boss has no place to go & joins the rival company where his intern is his immediate boss. The then director or aspirant is now the old intern. It is just a scheme to bring Mr Ga down because he is being appreciated by the Chairman. His young son given the chair of the President is envious & hatches this plot.
Being together they realise the good within them. They start thinking of each other more objectively. The Rice plate owner who the intern thinks is dead is actually alive but in a hospital. His former boss is paying the bills. Such & other small instances bring them together.
The cockroach incident helps both to bond over. He accidentally crashed the computers but owns up at the risk of losing his job. Wrongly fired old intern is brought back by him.
Another of the interns Han Ji eun, had long tresses but her eyes were a dead give away. She was in ‘Love struck in the City’ where her tale was left unfinished. Now here she is given a better role. Her story of falling for the wrong guys continues, wrong guys keep falling for her. The President is no exception but she is firm. He already has a girlfriend.
Park Ah-in as another employee at the company has a story with Mr Ga. What? it is yet to be revealed. But they are awkward around each other.
Kim Eung soo as the kkhonde intern is thoroughly enjoying himself. I have seen him in ‘Moon embracing the Sun’, ‘School 2017’, ”Love ft. Marriage & Divorce”. He has that unmistakable face & expressions, you just can’t forget. Watch one episode & you will know what I mean. 60 year old he has a large body of work to show off.
