At the end of the third episode Kim Woo bin makes his entry & I was relieved. I had kept wondering if I had read his name by mistake or I am not being able to recognise him! He is the transfer student & Lee Jong Suk knows him. Why ,most of the bullies know him from before.
Jang Na-ra is having a tough time. She is labelled as being ‘incompetent’ by the Principal. She is about to be fired. But the new teacher knows that he won’t be able to handle all the administrative work & requests the Principal to share the responsibility equally.
Being a tutor at a private institute he is going to be questioned. Also why Lee Jong suk works as the errand boy & why he doesn’t want to go to college is not known. Being the class president gives him an additional perk. He is able to save one of the student getting hit by Oh Jung ho.
I had seen Choi Daniel in a cameo in ‘It’s okay to not be okay’ but now I actually know him. He has this air of being very accomplished about him. Being a favourite teacher he is used to being praised. Thinking of the students first as Na-ra does is a first for him.
Yoon Joo -sang, teacher of both Choi Daniel & Lee jong suk observes & makes both of them to clean he entire auditorium. That is another first for the popular teacher. Lee is young & handles it easily. Actually both are exhausted by the end of it but uncompromising. Such scenes elevate the drama above the ordinary.
I was trying to recollect where I had seen this scene.. in ‘School 2017, Lee Jae yong the strict teacher makes the two students Hyun Tae wo & Song Dae-hwi to make up. Formerly they were the best friends so they easily bond over again after the hard work. Their home class teacher Han Joo wan is too sweet. Fortunately there is no love triangle. Song already has a steady girlfriend right from the start.
