I don’t think the title had something that attracted me. No. But the cast did & why would I let go the opportunity of following The debut show of Song Kang when I can see him in the first episode!
The show begins with the composer who is a genius. His band Crude Play is a hit among the fans. He meets the guitar playing, simple girl on the bus. She is helping out her grandma sell the vegetables. She has lost her parents. On the bus she buys vegetables from a old lady travelling with them. It is raining outside.
She reaches the audition along with her bags. As she starts one chord of her guitar comes undone. She is one of the group of three. With Song Kang , she has one more member. As she comes back home her granny gives her a scolding for buying the vegetables.
I haven’t reached the lies yet but the show has lot of potential. Lee Hyun-woo as the composer is good. His smile is almost like Bo Gum. Joy as Yoon So-rim is her usual self. Looking at her shows back to back was something that just happened. She is more mature & poised in ‘Tempted’. Again, I recognised her from her smile.
Lee Jung jin as Choi Jin hyuk is the director of Sole Music. He is much younger here than when he acted in ‘The King: eternal Monarch’ with Lee min ho. He is the main villain & uncle to Lee Min ho. I wanted to see his another show which I will be doing.
Lee Seo-won as Seo Chan young who replaced Han gyul in Crude Play. He is the same one , brother to Bae Suzy in ‘Uncontrollably Fond’.
Hong Seo-young as Chae Yu-na is the ex-girlfriend of K. A singer who is criticized by the media for using her body to gain fame. In the concert she has made a mistake & she is a bit low.
The drama won the best TVn drama in 2017.
