Tempted

Watching ‘Hello Me’ I suddenly wanted change & tried the first episode. It is a roller coaster ride. It completes so much in the first episode itself! Phew. Then I explored the cast & found that I know these people!

It is a 2018 South Korean drama with Woo Do-hwan, Moon Ga Young, Kim Min-jae, Jo. It is based on Les Liaisons dangereuses by Pierre Chonderios de Laclos. It has 32 episodes.

Woo Do-hwan has done an excellent role in ‘The King : the eternal monarch’. As the royal bodyguard & childhood friend of the King, Lee Min ho he excelled. Along with it he also had to be a double in the parallel world. With two young kids as his siblings he was the ideal elder brother.

Moon Ga Young in ‘Find me in your memory’ was a star. She was in the recently concluded ‘True Beauty’ with Cha Eun-woo & Hwang In-yeop. In this drama she is the one who challenges Woo do-hwan , her close friend to go for the scholarship student.

Woo Do-hwan is a Chaebol heir & is known to make girls swoon just by his presence. He goes after Joy & the rest of the story is not a surprise. But weaving in his parentage.Moon Ga’s mother handling the hospital. Her husband is in prison. She is planning to marry Woo Do-hwan’s father to have the JK group.

Joy’s mother is an artist. Her exhibition is coming up. She is ready to support her daughter but Joy doesn’t want her help.

Kim Min-jae is their third friend who is rich but has no respect in his family. All three friends have been each other’s support since school. Their meeting place reminds of ‘BOF’ but more lavish.

Maybe after ‘Love ft Marriage & Divorce’ with it’s sluggish pace, I find this quite interesting & happening. But I do miss a few characters. After 16 episodes one gets used to the characters.
