A cab driver hired by a company who is expected to pick up & drop a lady employee. He goes to the pick up point & picks her up. She is loaded with her bag, files but manages to collect all & descends near her office.
But she points out to him to clean his car. He is shown wiping his car, actually just dusting it with a cloth in the beginning. Later he actually collects the litter inside & puts it in the dustbin.
He then puts covers on the seat. Brings in the tissue box for his customer to use. She notes the change & appreciates. He is a graduate & in this line for last five years.
She tells him that she is being transferred & he will have someone else to pick up & drop. She has a smile & her name is Radhika Apte. She reminds him to see Radhika Apte’s movies & remember her.
A short story that changes our perspective as a whole. A set notion that unkempt drivers will not listen, may not be true. You make the effort, results will follow. He starts wearing clean clothes & shaves, looking bright & shining. An inspirational film indeed!
