The plot revolves around a budding actress Xia Lin who is diagnosed with leukemia.For the bone marrow she gets into contract marriage with a CEO Ling Yi. He is in need of a bride to show off to his sick grandmother.
I had been searching this drama since ages. I was sure it is Korean so went through Google with different titles but no conclusive result. It is a Chinese drama which starts off with Xia Lin taking a ride with Ling Yi. Her driver of the cab says its a black car & she gets in the first car. Then realises that she is not in a taxi & asks him to leave her at the intersection. They are going to the same hotel so he asks his driver to drop them there.
It leads to a string of events that are interesting. His best friend & his driver are an enigma along with him & the media wonders often why is he single!
2 months have passed & she is healthy again. She shifts to his house with her bags & the new adventure starts. For 2 months he was busy & besides his grandmother nobody is aware of his marriage! Didn’t the newspapers inquire into his frequent visits to the hospital? He visited her daily. Much more to follow in the 2 seasons.
