A 2020 drama with five friends, all doctors have their lives entwined forever. From their middle school two of them have been together & others meet in the orientation program. All of them have applied for their med school. Four boys & a girl, the theme repeated & widened by Shin Won-ho.
He has directed Old Miss Diary, Reply 1997, Reply 1994 ( Best production award ), Reply 1988( for which he has three awards),Prison Playbook & Hospital Playlist. He has a unique style of bringing out the best of his actors. After watching all three Reply series in a row, I have become a fan. This is my fourth one & into the first three episodes I find many known faces again.
Lee Woo jung has written these dramas & many variety shows. In ‘the Producers’ a show, ‘2 days & 1 night’ is constantly referred to as Cha Tae-hyun is the producer of the show& Kim Soo hyun is the rookie producer working under him. Lee has actually written it & got awarded for the same in 2008!
With Jo Jung suk,Jeon Mi-do,Jung Kyung-ho, Yoo Yeon-seok,Kim Dae-myung in the lead it looks encouraging.
