Another Josh Duhamel movie with Kate Bosworth, who looks the perfect fan to win the date with him. He meets her & starts thinking about settling in the country side away from the maddening crowd. But his agent hangs around to wake him up. She is in a haze of having him around. In the midst she discovers her friend Pete has always liked her & that works as the trigger.
Pete the good friend is played by Topher Grace, who is pained but wants to let her go if that is what she really wants. Her infatuation for Tad has never allowed her to think of Pete in any other way. Talk about being blinded!
Pete is patient & now has accepted that he has lost her forever to a competitor with whom he can never win. But the things have their own way of getting it right!
