This should have been before the ‘Royal baby’ but none the less we enjoyed a good film. The clean, entertaining with a dash of mystery was worth spending the hour. Again we meet Rose Mciver & Ben Lamb in the lead. The investigative journalist is assigned to go to Aldovia where a prince is to be coronated.
The prince is known for his affairs & now she is sent to have a first hand report. All the journalists are dispatched saying that the prince is not available, the press conference is cancelled. But Amber enters in through a side door & takes up the job of tutoring the princess. She is guilty that she is deceiving people but not for long, princess Emily finds out who she is!
She gets involved in a snow fight with the prince along with the princess & goes riding on a pony. But when she discovers he is adopted she doesn’t know what to do with the information. She could have given it to the editor but she doesn’t want the prince to be hurt. So she keeps the information to herself. But Simon has to have the crown & he gets help.
It is a letter in the acorn hung on the Christmas tree that solves the riddle. Amber is back in New York with her dad for Christmas, Rudy’s Dinar. Where King Richard appears with a ring & the proposal.
