I had seen it again in bits & pieces. Today went through it again. It stars Ludivine Sagnier & Nicholas Bedos in the lead. The lawyer from New York is going to Paris for his final round of interview when he finds himself seated next to his ex-girlfriend. The long flight makes it possible to review what went wrong in their relationship.
An elderly couple is helpful while reviewing the past events. It also has his friend who is going strong with his girlfriend but has the hiccups at the same time. When Stephanie( Friend’s girlfriend) is with him, his girlfriend appears & to make matters worse he hides her in the closet. He has made a serious error. He has turned down her scholarship to Tokyo, telling that she has to attend to her sick mother.
Then when she is convinced that he did it for her! She says,’I hope you are not hiding else from me. There isn’t a girl right?’ As she opens the cupboard, Stephanie steps out. Talk about ‘skeletons in the cupboard!’ She flees from there. His friend appears then & as he is trying to stop Antoine, he falls. He is admitted & when he tries to reach her she ia gone. He meets her mother but that doesn’t help.
They land & collect their bags. She is to meet her fiance who is busy at present. So she goes to his office. He is interviewing Antoine & she overhears all. Antonie leaves in a taxi & she makes her decision. Good movie. Happy watching!
