A short film which is …well, really short! It is worth mentioning because I had expected a meeting between the two families & the dish of kande pohe. It has all that & more. It starts with a rickshaw stopping near a galli & the bot alights with his parents. The girl is sitting between her parents,wearing a saree.
The pohe is garnished with onion & coriander. Her brother is sitting on a chair, an observer. Both of them are sent to have a word along the brother tagging along.He is a typical college goer. She shows her videos & says she will continue her work. She has lakhs of followers. He is overwhelmed but gets himself photographed.
He has to get approval from all these people! really scary. She says 3-4 have been rejected. Not because of the video but because they refused the video. He has already committed that he is open minded. The final scene shows the video being filmed, she at her best & he extremely awkward & in the background.
To pass the judgement there is a possibility of the unknown! Fresh faces make for a good change. 12-15 minutes give an altogether different perspective to the cemented notions we have. Quite entertaining! Happy viewing!
