I liked the title & went on to see the Japanese show. It is also called “In time with you”. Mitari Yo & Her friend, Ishida Ren have been friends since ages. They not only their fears & good moments but are in touch every day. Yet what is obvious to all they are unable to see.
Her mother & sister have been hinting at it & yet she cannot see. Same goes for him, his colleague have advised him many times but he is unable to see her as anything more than a friend. She is a career woman working for a shoemaker. She had a recent heart break & is over cautious.He has never had a serious relationship. All that changes on the day of her 29th birthday.They place a wager to see which of them will be married by the end of the year. The loser will pay 300,000 yen.
Clock is ticking away & now they feel they have to settle. He starts dating his junior in the office. She has been always making that extra effort to catch his eye. Mitari starts developing feelings for a junior assistant but finds he already has a family. At such times she rings up Ishida to find solace.
Next her boyfriend arrives to complicate things. It will be interesting to see how things work out. The simplicity makes it worth watching. Happy viewing!
