A 2015 drama that again deals with the mixed brotherly feelings.Ya nuo has been raised as a boy & at the age of 25 she catches the eye of a triad leader’s sister.But she falls for the brother.Baron chen & Megan lai are the lead pair.Baron chen rose to fame due to his role in ‘You are my destiny’he had a very short role but impressive.His hair style was much like Ji ho’s but his jaw line is much sharper.In this drama he has made use of all the screen time.Most of the time he is more impressive than Megan Lai who really looks like a stylish boy.

The struggle in the “Coffee prince” that Gong woo goes through is never here.There we suffer along with him.Baron is very comfortable to have a sworn brother & now a loved one to be of the same sex.The guilt writ on Megan’s face is all too obvious.Her parents & his parents are very uncomfortable.Later it’s revealed that he knows it all along ,but is waiting for her to tell him.She writes a letter & as usual drama lovers like us know it will fall in the hands of some one else,which doesn’t happen & Baron reads the letter very calmly because he is aware of what is in the letter.The three clans with their interaction makes it lively.The other pair of Baii & Katy chen is too cute.

Baii runs a coffee shop & meets Katy by chance.She likes his coffee & him in that sequence.She has bone cancer.She finds him to be a good friend,calls him “my sun” for his care & warmth.Another clique falls flat here.She is operated & lives through it.Baii confesses his love & alls well.Baron’s sister who had a thing for Megan quickly realises the love between her brother & Megan.

Megan has childhood friend,a vet also joins work in the amusement park where she works.He gets into competition with Baron to win over Megan.Chu Zhe Rui in a very short role to make Baron believe in himself & to sort out his feelings.Mandy tao as Baron’s sister had her share of glamour & she carries of her role with finisse.So is Megan’s cousin,Amanda Chou who is so pretty.She fills in joy with her presence.Esther Wu has a small role here ,but she is a great star of Itazura na kiss where she plays Kotoko Aihara.A tussle between a A division student verses an average student.Uploaded on youtube as Love in Tokyo or the mischievous kiss,is the Japanese version with Honoka & Yuki.

It is a feel good story.Number of episodes is more,a little editing would help make it better.The melodrama is more in the taipei versions when we compare it with the Korean.Also there is more violence.The actors are good that makes it worth watching.Although the theme isn’t new,the treatment is.It will make a fan of you if you aren’t already of Baron chen.Moving to the sci fi drama next.
