I had been getting this suggestion since ages & the clips I saw on you tube were really interesting.Its a story about a rich CEO & a poor stunt woman.I specially liked her profession.She has shown daring,courage & just lived that role.Her short hair suits her.I had not seen any Hyun bin show until then.Both won the best couple award for this show.
Due to their different cultural backgrounds they face many challenges.His mother disapproves this match which is tough.Overall mood of the show is sombre.The OST is excellent.That man by Hyun Bin is just great.In the opening scene he describes the summer as Indian summer!Ha Ji-won has been a natural.I have yet to see her in another show.Yoon Sang-hyun as Oska is lovable.More than his moves on stage(he is a singer here)the way he irritates Hyun bin is interesting.Ha Ji -won is his fan & is flustered when he is near by & his being Hyun Bin’s brother makes it hilarious.
Oska has many admirers & currently been blackmailed by his latest girlfriend who happens to be the lead actress in a film, where Ha Ji-won is the stunt woman.Oska asks Hyun bin to help him.Ha Ji -won is preparing for her shot when Hyun bin approaches her & asks if she knows Oska,she says yes.He asks her to accompany him as Oska wants to meet her at a hotel.He drives her & asks the room no. where they usually stay.She gives him.At the lift he asks her to go first as it would hurt his reputation if he is seen with such a lady.He shows his trunk suit label to assure that it’s handwoven in Italy.
Such funny moments have been striven all over .It makes it endearing.With many obstacles in the way their trust in each other remains steadfast.A point where he might lose his inheritance, we doubt for a moment if things will go well but resilience pays.His mother allows them to marry.They have children but their granny meets them at the iron gate,their parents are not allowed inside.Such tiny things make it a show that is unforgettable.
There are many moments when it would have been tragic but the handling makes it unique.It is a 2010 show,today Hyun bin stands tall again with his hit drama”Crash landing on you”which took off well right from it’s start.It has broken all earlier records & left behind “Goblin” the highest grosser till date.More when we meet next.Enjoy!
